Work with us

Our Staff

Working within the care sector can be both exceedingly rewarding and, at times, challenging. We provide a 24 hour service, 7 days per week to the people we support, who have a varied range of needs.

We employ people who are flexible, motivated, responsible and have a positive outlook. You must be able to work well as part of a team, as well as be capable of using your own initiative.

We offer excellent training and, as an Investors in People accredited organisation, are committed to supporting the continuous development of all our staff.

We aim for a consistent and committed team of staff, ensuring the best possible service for the people we support, however, vacancies do arise from time to time.
